We are seeking a highly motivated Equity Research Analyst to support our investment team in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring public equity investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about fundamental research. This role will be critical in delivering insights that inform our portfolio decisions across sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with UK based PM supporting in the coverage of European Consumer Staples, Discretionary, General Retail, Beverages, Food retail and Sporting Goods companies
- Build and refine detailed financial models, forecasts and perform valuation analysis
- Ability to quickly turnaround model updates during company earnings and manage multiple priorities
- Summarize earnings calls and provide a live update as per client request
- Build relationships with sell side analyst and company investor relations teams and ability to host discussions during meetings
- Monitor macroeconomic trends,



industry dynamics or company specific news flow relevant for coverage companies
- Familiarize with sector KPIs, track, update and take complete ownership of all databases including Nielsen trackers to perform correlation and highlight key findings to the PM
- Build detailed foreign exchange and COGS/ Raw materials trackers for detailed profit margin analysis for companies
- Contribute to research and idea generation process through short written thesis
- Work on ad-hoc tasks as requested by PM

Experience:

- Prior experience in working on Consumer companies will be an added advantage
- Ability to work on databases like Bloomberg, Alphasense, Visible Alpha and seamlessly using AI tools will be added advantage
