We are looking for a QC Microbiologist with 2 -5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical quality control microbiology laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform PET (Preservative Efficacy Test) as per approved procedures.
- Conduct Microbial Limit Test (MLT) and MLT validation.
- Perform Growth Promotion Test (GPT) for microbiological media.
- Carry out bioassays as per standard protocols.
- Perform water sampling and microbiological testing.
- Prepare and qualify microbiological media.
- Handle and maintain microbial cultures.
- Operate and monitor autoclaves for sterilization activities.
- Perform environmental monitoring, including swab testing.
- Prepare, review, and maintain microbiological documentation and test records.
- Review and verify Certificates of Analysis (COA)



related to microbiological testing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in PET, MLT, GPT, bioassays, and water testing.
- Knowledge of media preparation and microbiological techniques.
- Experience in culture handling and autoclave operation.
- Familiarity with environmental monitoring and swab testing.
- Valuable documentation practices and attention to detail.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical QC microbiology and regulatory compliance.
