- Drive collections for the Affordable Housing & LAP portfolio across the assigned region.
- Monitor delinquency, reduce NPAs, and achieve collection targets.
- Lead and guide regional collection teams to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6+ years of collection experience in NBFC/HFC.
- Experience in Affordable Housing and/or LAP collections.
- Robust leadership, negotiation, and portfolio management skills.
- Willing to travel across the assigned region.
