Job Summary:

Join In Campus Education Private Limited is looking for a passionate and student-focused Visa Counsellor to guide students through the complete visa application process for international education. The ideal candidate should have experience in overseas education, student visa counseling, and documentation, with strong knowledge of visa requirements for countries such as France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Malta, the UK, Canada, Australia, and the USA.

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding visa procedures and documentation for international education.
- Handle complete visa processing from application to approval.
- Verify and review student documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Guide students on visa requirements, financial documents, SOPs, and interview preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications and student data.
- Follow up with students regarding pending documents and application status.
- Stay updated with changing immigration and visa regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of visa applications.




- Maintain high levels of student satisfaction throughout the visa process.

Required Skills:

- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counseling skills, along with experience in overseas education and student visa processing.
- They should possess strong knowledge of visa documentation, admission procedures, and country-specific visa requirements.
- The candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple student cases efficiently, and proficient in documentation verification, follow-ups, and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is preferred.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach, robust organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.
