Job Description:

- Plan the activities for each department based on project timeline and ensure execution

- Understand the design and suggest changes as per site conditions for smooth execution

- Plan and implement manpower requirement for the project in coordination with HR and Management

- Proper delegation of work among team members till the junior level

- Co-ordinate with Ho for high availability of project related material

- Monitor the material received an ensure the material meet the quality criteria

- Meet the project execution timelines month on month basis

- Co-ordinate with quality team for technical error free project execution

- Ensure all safety parameters are taken care in coordination with Safety officer





- Continuous coordination with client to understand and meet his expectations as per project guidelines

- Effective use of ERP and other Project Management tools

- Share weekly and monthly reports on project activity undertaken as per formats provided to reporting manager
