About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Foundation Pumps Shopify website. Working as part of a trained and supportive team, you will ensure our online catalogue is accurate, visually appealing, and optimised for customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Foundation Pumps Shopify website.
- Upload new products, collections, and categories.
- Create high-quality product listings with specifications, descriptions, pricing, images, and technical documents.
- Update existing products and website content.
- Organise products using collections, tags, filters, and navigation.
- Optimise product pages with SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, and keywords.
- Resize and optimise product images for web use.
- Upload brochures, manuals, and datasheets.
- Monitor website quality and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Work closely with the Australian team to gather product information and implement website updates.
- Assist with promotional banners, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support continuous improvements to website performance and user experience.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on Shopify experience (essential).




- Robust understanding of Shopify Admin.
- Experience uploading and managing large product catalogues.
- Knowledge of collections, tags, variants, metafields, and navigation.
- Good understanding of Shopify apps.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic image editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Ability to work in a structured team environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Shopify SEO best practices.
- Experience with bulk product imports using CSV files.
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Experience working with industrial, engineering, or technical products is desirable but not essential.
