Job Title: Business Development Executive /Manager- Outbound

Location: Ahmedabad (Prahladnagar)
Experience: 1-4 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working days: Monday- Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays will be off)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive Outbound to drive new business acquisition through proactive outbound calling, lead nurturing, and deal closures. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience in outbound sales or business development

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven ability in convincing, objection handling, and closing deals

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under KPIs

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation

Experience in B2B or service-based sales

Make outbound calls to prospective business clients

Identify decision-makers and qualify potential leads

Pitch company products/services and schedule sales meetings

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups

Build and maintain robust relationships with clients

Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage the sales pipeline

Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations

Achieve assigned monthly revenue and lead generation targets

Coordinate with internal teams to support deal closures
