- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on sales forecasts and orders
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to planned schedules
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments
- Ensure material availability as per production plans
- Track delays, bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions
- Maintain planning-related MIS reports
- Support inventory control and reduction of WIP
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
Preferred candidate profile
- Sound knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Solid MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Good coordination and communication skills
