Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (ERP & AI) with 4+ years of experience
managing ERP implementation and AI-driven software development projects. The ideal
candidate should have strong knowledge of ERP business processes, Agile project
management, and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate software development,
documentation, requirement analysis, and project delivery.
The candidate should be capable of collaborating with stakeholders, architects, developers, QA
engineers, and AI-assisted development teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions efficiently. A
solid understanding of AI-assisted software engineering and prompt-driven development is
highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Manage end-to-end ERP implementation and custom ERP development projects.
* Define project scope, timelines, milestones,



deliverables, and resource planning.
* Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and
retrospectives.
* Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers,
UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and AI Engineers.
* Prepare project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
