Classroom Management

- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom

- Manage children's behavior with patience and positive discipline

- Organize learning materials, toys, and activities

Child Development Monitoring

- Observe and track each childs progress (social, emotional, physical, cognitive)

- Identify any learning or behavioral issues early

- Provide individual attention when needed

Emotional & Social Support

- Help children develop social skills like sharing, cooperation, and communication

- Provide emotional support and build confidence

Planning & Preparation

- Prepare lesson plans and daily activity schedules

- Create teaching aids and educational materials

key Skills Required

- Patience and empathy

- Valuable communication skills

- Creativity and enthusiasm

- Ability to handle young children calmly

- Basic knowledge of child psychology

Qualifications (may vary)

- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or similar

- Basic knowledge of teaching methods for young children
