Manager Endpoints & SaSe Technology

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and manage Netskope (SASE - Secure Access Service Edge) solutions to ensure secure cloud access, network security, and user access control.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain WhatsUp Gold (Network Monitoring System) for continuous network monitoring, performance management, and alert generation.
- Implement, administer, and support enterprise endpoint security solutions including Trend Micro, Trellix, and CrowdStrike for threat detection, malware prevention, and incident response.
- Install, configure, and manage FortiClient EMS (Endpoint Management Server) to enforce endpoint security policies, compliance requirements, and centralized device management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, security, and endpoint-related issues to ensure high availability and system performance.
- Perform security assessments, policy implementation, and remediation activities to strengthen the organization's security posture.




- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for deployment, maintenance, and support of security and monitoring solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Netskope SASE, WhatsUp Gold, FortiClient EMS, Trend Micro, Trellix, and CrowdStrike.
- Strong knowledge of network monitoring, endpoint security, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of enterprise security solutions.
- Understanding of networking concepts, security policies, endpoint compliance, and threat management.
- Ability to analyze security incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
