Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with production department to plan and control manufacturing activities.

- Manage export orders, including vendor coordination and supply chain management.

- Prepare proforma invoices, purchase orders, and manage inventory levels.

- Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers.

- Utilize MS Office skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field (B.Pharma + MBA/PGDM).

- Solid understanding of Planning and Material Control, Export Order Management, Vendor Cordination, Manufacturer Follow-up, Supply Chain Cordination.

- Proficiency in preparing Proforma Invoices, Purchase Management using MS Office tools.
