Bhuta Shah & Co. LLP is a multidisciplinary Chartered Accountants firm providing Audit & Assurance, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Outsourcing, Risk Advisory, and Transaction Advisory services. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented Corporate Finance Partner to lead and expand our Corporate Finance practice.

Role Overview

The Corporate Finance Partner will be responsible for building and leading the Corporate Finance vertical, driving business development, managing client relationships, leading complex transactions, and mentoring high-performing teams. The role requires a strong network among promoters, investors, private equity funds, venture capital firms, financial institutions, and corporates, along with proven experience in transaction advisory and capital raising. Corporate finance partners are typically expected to combine technical expertise with client acquisition, practice leadership, and firm strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Build and expand the Corporate Finance practice.
- Originate and execute new client mandates.
- Develop relationships with:
- Promoters & Business Owners
- Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds
- Investment Banks
- Family Offices
- Financial Institutions
- Startups & Growth Companies

- Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums.
- Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.

Transaction Advisory

Lead end-to-end execution of:

- Mergers & Acquisitions (Buy-side & Sell-side)
- Fund Raising (Equity & Debt)
- Due Diligence
- Business Valuation
- Financial Modelling
- Deal Structuring
- Strategic Advisory
- Joint Ventures & Business Restructuring
- ESOP Advisory
- Financial Feasibility Studies
- Investment Memorandums & Pitch Decks

Client Relationship Management

- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs,



promoters, investors, and boards.
- Deliver strategic financial solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.

Leadership & Practice Management

- Build and mentor a high-performing Corporate Finance team.
- Establish service delivery standards and quality control.
- Collaborate with Audit, Tax, Legal, and VCFO teams for integrated client solutions.
- Drive innovation, automation, and process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
- CFA/MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience

- 1220+ years in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Big 4, Consulting, or a reputed CA Firm.
- Prior experience as Director/Partner/Practice Head preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading M&A;, fundraising, valuation, and transaction advisory engagements.
