We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in C2C hiring and working with Tier-1 Vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills within the US staffing industry.

& :

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements
- Work on C2C requirements from Direct Clients/VMS/MSP
- Coordinate with Tier-1 Vendors and implementation partners
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors
- Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups till onboarding

:

- Experience in US IT Recruitment and C2C hiring
- Good knowledge of Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience working with Tier-1 Vendors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
