Job Description

- Conduct internal audits across Finance, HR, Procurement, Farmer Payments, Transportation, Export Operations, Inventory, Warehousing, and Plant Operations.
- Verify employee reimbursements, payroll, vendor payments, procurement transactions, transportation bills, inventory records, and export documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate internal controls, financial records, operational processes, and statutory compliance to identify risks, fraud, and process gaps.
- Review supporting documents, approvals, contracts, invoices, payment vouchers, and other audit-related records to ensure policy adherence.
- Conduct physical stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and surprise audits across business functions.
- Prepare audit reports, highlight observations, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and track closure of audit findings.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable statutory regulations while maintaining audit documentation.
