Qualification: Job Profile:

- Expertise in development of high strength grouts & repair products, Dry mortar, UHPC, HPC, Self-leaving underlayment, tile adhesive/fairing coat. Sound knowledge of cement, supplementary material chemistry and material characterization methods and tools is must.

- Testing products in competition, reverse engineering and developing equivalent products & new products with guidance from HOD.

- Establish test methods as per national and international standard codes.

- Conversant with testing and reports analysis of UTM/CTM, FTM/concrete DIN-Impermeably etc.

- Provide technical support as needed to quality control and production in trouble shooting.





- Explore alternative RMs and in collaboration with purchasing, source, fabricate and approve current raw materials.

- Identifying technological trends and shift, working with sales & marketing to understand the products requirement and concept developments.

- Working knowledge of basic computer operations along SAP and technology software & data analysis.
