To lead and manage complete plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Safety, Cost Control, and Manpower Management while ensuring achievement of business targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Heat Treatment plant operations.
- Ensure production target achievement with optimum productivity.
- Monitor furnace operations, process control, and quality compliance.
- Drive OEE, productivity, rejection reduction, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with SCM, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure implementation of TPM, Lean, Kaizen, and 5S activities.
- Maintain safety standards, statutory compliance, and discipline.
- Handle manpower planning, training, and team development.
- Improve customer satisfaction through quality and delivery performance.

Qualification

- B.Tech / Diploma Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production

Experience

- 8 12 Years in Heat Treatment / Engineering Industry
- Minimum 3 Years in leadership role
