Job Description: Senior Sales Engineer (Field Sales)

Designation: Senior Sales Engineer

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Sales

Direct Reporting To: Sales Manager

HNC Motion Control Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad is a growing company specializing in motion control solutions and industrial automation systems. We are an authorized channel partner of Mitsubishi Electric, committed to quality, precision engineering, and delivering reliable solutions to our clients. We are looking for responsible and system-driven people.

Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
2. Identify potential customers and develop strong sales pipelines.
3. Promote company products related to motion control and automation solutions.
4. Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
5. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical discussions.
6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively.
7. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution.
10. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
11. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
12. Ensure timely payment collection from clients.

Requisite Skills:
1. Solid knowledge of industrial products and field sales processes.
2. Basic technical understanding of automation / motion control systems.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and handle field sales pressure.
5. Strong customer relationship management skills.
6. Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
7. Good problem-solving and presentation skills.
8. Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)

Total Experience:3-5 Years

CTC per annum:3.6 Lac to 4.8 Lac

Relevant Experience:3-5 Years

Will travel?Yes

Monthly Net Salary:30,000/- to 40,000/-

Work time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
