Role Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to manage, process, and analyze data to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong data handling skills, accuracy, and the ability to work with large datasets efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and maintain structured and unstructured data from various sources
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation
- Generate reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders
- Analyze data trends to support business decisions
- Manage databases and update records regularly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data

Skills and competencies:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and documentation skills

- Strong communication skills, particularly in written English for client and internal collaboration.
- Creativity and innovation in presenting ideas and solutions.
- Organizational and analytical abilities for managing multiple projects effectively.

Experience & Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with data management tools or CRM systems
- Knowledge of basic programming (Python is a plus)
- Understanding of data goverce and data quality standards
