- Work Time: US Business hours (9 working hours between 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST as per assigned shift)

About Role:

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints through Voice Calls and Emails using different portals. Good verbal and written communication skills are requisite!

Must Have:

- Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written
- Willingness to work in US shift
- Willingness for long-term association with Peopletree

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and skilled attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through Voice Calls/Email.




- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
