Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Mid-Junior Full Stack Developer with 1-3 years of experience in Python and modern web technologies to build scalable, AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for developing high-quality software.

You will work across both backend and frontend development, contribute to AI/GenAI initiatives, integrate cloud-based services, and collaborate with a remote team to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Python-based backend applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, Angular, or similar technologies.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Implement AI/GenAI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools.

Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in software development.
- Robust proficiency in Python.
- Experience with at least one frontend technology:




- React.js
- Next.js
- Angular
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Good understanding of REST API development.
- Working knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Understanding of scalable application architecture and deployment.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of:

- Generative AI (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor
- AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- AI API integration into applications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with React.js or Next.js.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications or AI Agents.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Qdrant, or Pinecone.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini APIs.
- Passion for AI, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
