To oversee the technical management and operational excellence of our 7-acre naturally ventilated polyhouse facility, ensuring optimized crop health and maximum yield for high-quality English cucumbers and bell peppers.

Key Responsibilities:Crop Management: Execute precise, daily care routines for soilless, coco-peat based cultivation, including monitoring growth stages, pruning, and training.Fertigation & Irrigation: Manage sophisticated drip irrigation and nutrient management systems to ensure precise $EC$ and $pH$ levels tailored to the physiological requirements of the crops.Pest & Disease Control: Implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to maintain a biosecure workplace,



focusing on early detection and biological control methods.Environmental Oversight: Continuously monitor and adjust internal climatic conditionsspecifically temperature, humidity, and ventilationto optimize plant development within the naturally ventilated structure.Yield Optimization: Maintain meticulous production records, tracking plant health, fruit quality, and daily output to meet or exceed targeted commercial yields.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all cultivation practices align with food safety standards and support the procurement team with inventory and input-usage data.
