Position: Category Manager Modular Workstations

Role Overview :

The Category Manager for Modular Workstations is pivotal in developing and executing strategies to drive the growth, market penetration, and profitability of our modular workstation category. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of modular workstations, including technical specifications, ergonomic principles, and space planning.

This role requires a highly proactive approach to sales enablement, demanding close collaboration with the sales force to provide the necessary technical support, product insights, and strategic guidance to effectively sell to Corporate B2B customers, the channel sales team, dealers, and the broader retail network. The successful candidate must be highly comfortable presenting complex technical and strategic information to diverse audiences, ranging from internal technical teams to external C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute category strategy for modular furniture (office/home solutions)
- Manage product portfolio, pricing, and profitability




- Identify current product trends, materials, and designs in modular furniture
- Collaborate with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams
- Develop vendor partnerships and negotiate commercial terms
- Monitor market competition and customer preferences
- Drive sales through channel partners, retail, and projects
- Analyze category performance (sales, margins, inventory) and optimize accordingly
- Plan product launches, promotions, and go-to-market strategies
