Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient warehouse organization by optimizing storage layout, inventory management, and workflow processes to enhance accessibility and operational efficiency

2. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date stock register to track inventory levels, ensure proper documentation and facilitate smooth inventory management and auditing processes

3. Conduct regular and accurate inventory audits to verify stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with inventory management procedures

4. Manage inventory in a cost-effective manner by optimizing stock levels, minimize holding costs, and reduce wastage while meeting operational needs

5. All the materials required must be available in the warehouse

6. Maintain 100% availability of critical materials by ensuring timely procurement and restocking

7. Proper Handling of cash book and Submission of expenditure and statement of accounts as per company process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience as a Store In Charge, Store Executive, or Warehouse Executive.
- Prior experience in the construction, infrastructure,



manufacturing, or engineering industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar inventory management systems).
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office for preparing inventory reports and maintaining records.
- Familiarity with GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, purchase requisitions, and inventory audits.
- Good understanding of FIFO/LIFO inventory management practices.
- Ability to manage material receipt, storage, dispatch, and stock reconciliation efficiently.
- Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with procurement, project, accounts, and site teams.
- Ability to lead and supervise store personnel while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Candidates willing to work at project sites and adapt to dynamic operational requirements will be preferred.
