Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage import operations, including shipment planning, vessel booking, and logistics coordination.

- Coordinate with customers for smooth clearance processes at ports.

- Plan and execute international projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

- Monitor shipment tracking and provide updates on delays or issues that may arise during transit.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for imports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in import operations, preferably in the chemical industry.

- Solid knowledge of CHA (Customs House Agent) procedures and practices.

- Excellent customer service skills for effective communication with clients regarding shipment statuses.
