identification safety for collection of specimens during collection and till
the report informed to consultant.

Participate
in consultant?s rounds and assist by giving relevant information based on
nursing assessment/reassessment and observations.

out routine check at each handover that all equipments are in working order.

Maintain
patients and accompanies safety by taking preventive measures against
accidents.

Accurately
records and reports incidents. Ensure every error to be recorded.

Ensure
strict infection control protocol and bio-waste guidelines to be followed for
24x7.
Ensure that daily briefing points and sign off are
mandatory for day-to-day update.
