Babli is a fast-growing D2C fashion brand looking to strengthen its Accounts & Finance team.
We are hiring for two positions:
- Junior Accountant (1-3 years experience)
- Accounts & Finance Manager (3+ years experience)
Location : Khokra, Ahmedabad (On-site)
What we're looking for:
- Strong accounting fundamentals (Debit/Credit, Assets, Liabilities, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries)
- GST & TDS knowledge, compliance and return preparation
- Experience in finalization of accounts and coordination with CA for audit and compliance
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, data handling, CSV import/export)
- Bank reconciliation and net banking operations
- Experience in reconciliation of orders, payments, returns, COD, prepaid orders and payment gateway settlements
- Ability to identify reconciliation mismatches and discrepancies
- Ability to work with large volumes of financial and operational data
- Experience with ERP software (Logic ERP preferred)
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail or garment industry preferred
For Senior Profiles:
- Ability to prepare MIS reports
- Understanding of cash flow management
- Profitability and P&L; analysis
- Budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to provide management with financial insights and decision-making reports
