Lipi Data Systems Ltd. is looking for dynamic and customer focused Engineers Customer Support to join our growing service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Kiosks, Printers, and Scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues within defined TAT.
- Perform preventive maintenance and on-site service visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and spare management.
- Deliver excellent customer support while maintaining service quality standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
- Experience: 04 years in IT hardware field service.
- Hands-on experience in servicing Printers, Scanners, and Self-Service Kiosks will be preferred.
- Good understanding of hardware and networking concepts.
- Valuable communication skills in regional language.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for field service.
