Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Monitor inventory movement across retail stores and e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate timely replenishment for 60+ retail stores across India.
- Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment while ensuring adherence to dispatch SLAs.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, allocating work and monitoring productivity.
- Ensure effective utilization of warehouse space and optimize storage layouts.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Retail Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and operational best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational productivity.
- Required Skills & Experience

- 5 to 7 years of experience in warehouse management within Retail, Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle,



or E-commerce.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Mandatory working experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and stock reconciliation.
- Experience handling large SKU/inventory volumes.
- Good understanding of retail store replenishment and e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
