Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, client engagement, or a related field (5+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates, and proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
