Weekly Off: 5 days working & 2 Rotational Off per Week

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (on paper mandatory)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or above
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist customers with concerns related to:
- Wrong items received
- Delayed deliveries
- Damaged products




- Refunds and replacements
- Order status and general inquiries

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow company processes and quality standards while addressing customer concerns.
