Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience: 8 - 12Years
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead and mentor the project team to achieve project objectives.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Create project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular team meetings, daily stand-ups, and project review meetings.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with PM, Developers, QA, UI/UX designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Understand the product and provide the demo to the client.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Resolve project-related issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Drive continuous process improvement and team efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- A minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in web project management.
- Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design.
- Strong programming experience with PHP, Technical/Key Skills: PHP, CI, Laravel, and MySQL, Angular JS, Angular5/6
- Experience with MySQL database
- Strong working experience on JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript and XML are desired
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Good team handling experience
- Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
- Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
