Data Modeler / Data Lead

- 15+ years of Data modelling experience with Logical and Physical modelling
- Develop a business requirement driven reusable repository of data items including data migration
- Develop business requirement driven generic, reusable data model packages which provide guidance for the workstreams and Towers
- Develop generic reusable data structure patterns which provide guidance for the workstreams and Towers
- Input to the wider Data Architecture in terms of principles, patterns and reference architectures
- Collaborate with Business Architecture and Integration architecture colleagues to ensure holistic business solutions
- Collaborate with Integration Architecture to ensure correlation with Integration models
- Engage with stakeholders and relevant subject matter experts to identify and understand the business, technology, integration,



analytics and ellipse requirements behind an identified business problem or opportunity
- Contribute to the production of high-level architecture roadmaps and identify, assess and escalate risks and issues as appropriate
- Experience of Data Modelling tools (e.g. EA Sparx, ERStudio, Erwin, PowerDesigner etc)
- Up to date understanding of databases, relational, object, graph etc
- Up to date understanding of cloud technologies
- Solid analytical thinker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Business process and data modelling experience
