- Manage the procurement of raw materials, mechanical, electrical, consumables, production, and operational spares.
- Prepare rate comparisons and make purchase orders in ERP SAP.
- Plan and ensure timely material supply.
- Negotiate with vendors on price revisions and explore new vendors.
- Coordinate with the factory and follow up with vendors, possessing strong follow-up abilities.
- Control inventory levels through planning and ordering as per required quantities.
- Maintain MIS for procurement and ensure implementation of all SOPs, MIS, and SAP.
- Ensure timely clearance of supplier payment-related issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- Robust knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using ERP SAP and other procurement software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
