We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle international customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities-
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility-
- Graduate or Undergraduate (as per company guidelines).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
