Key Responsibilities
Data, Analytics & Decision Support
- Own the full analytics stack, website, campaigns, social, email, so leadership always
works from one consistent, reliable source of truth.
- Translate raw data into clear, decision-ready insight, whats working, what isnt, and what
should happen next, not charts without a point of view.
- Proactively flag underperformance or opportunity before being asked, this role should
surface answers, not wait for questions.
- Ensure every resourcing or strategic comms decision leadership makes can be traced
back to real data, never assumption.
Website Ownership
- Maintain and continuously improve the OES website, including audience-segmented
landing pages for corporate CSR partners, government stakeholders, enrolling families,
and donors.
- Manage and update key trust-building tools on the site, certificate verification, impact
reporting features, and donor-facing interactive elements, as these are built out.
- From time to time, youll be handed a ready visual mockup or design reference, built
using AI design tools, for a new page, section, or feature. Your job is to take that mockup
and build it live on our WordPress site, matching the layout, structure, and intent as
closely as possible, then flag anything that needs a developers help for advanced
functionality. The mockup is the brief, you make it real.
- Regularly update website content, landing pages, blog posts, and banners so the site
stays current, not static.
- Ensure the site remains mobile-responsive, quick-loading, and SEO-optimized, and
troubleshoot issues with timely fixes.
- Coordinate with external developers for advanced enhancements while owning
day-to-day content and page management independently.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Own and maintain the digital content and campaign calendar, kept in sync with the wider
Communications calendar.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, built specifically for
OES’s distinct audiences, corporate CSR decision-makers, government and policy
stakeholders, prospective students and families, and donors, each requiring different
platforms, tone, and targeting.
- Support employer-brand content aimed at corporate HR and Talent Acquisition
audiences, strengthening OES’s bulk placement partnerships over time.
- Own SEO end to end, on-page and off-page, and manage SEM/PPC campaigns with
continuous performance tracking.
- Manage email marketing and lead nurturing sequences for donor and partner
communication.
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across all social platforms, in coordination
with the Content Executive and Graphic Designer.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement promptly
and on-brand, escalating anything sensitive to the VP’s office.
- Ensure every digital asset, paid or organic, reflects OES’s visual identity and brand
guidelines consistently.
Reporting & Governance
- Deliver structured weekly operational reports and monthly and bi-monthly leadership
dashboards, built for instant legibility, ownership, status, and outcome visible at a glance.
- Follow OES’s centralized content approval workflow and SOPs, and actively help refine
them as digital processes mature, this role builds process, not just follows it.
- Build and maintain a shared task-tracking system for all digital deliverables, deadlines,
and recurring actions.
Team Coordination
- Work directly with the Content Executive and Graphic Designer to ensure digital assets
align with OES’s core narrative and visual identity.
- Support the Communications function more broadly during high-priority periods,
campaign launches, reporting cycles, and CSR pitch preparation.
