We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects across multiple teams. As we work on live IT projects with international clients, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience who can effectively coordinate project activities in a fast-paced environment. Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Fluent English communication skills with a qualified, international business tone.
- Ability to write and speak clearly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Track tasks, milestones, and project deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Contribute to process improvements and project management best practices.





Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an IT company as a Project Coordinator, Project Management Executive, Operations Executive, or a similar role is mandatory.
- Experience handling live software development or IT projects is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
