TCG Digital is looking for AI Platform Engineer for Kolkata location.

Justification for the vacancy:

Builds and operates the agentic delivery core that all Factory pods run on MCP integrations, Agent Store, CI/CD for agents, and agent evaluation infrastructure. Cannot be agentified; someone must build and govern the system that runs all other agents. Also drives R&D;

evaluation of new agentic frameworks.

Essential Skills:

- Agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) server design and integration
- LLM API integration: Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI
- CI/CD for AI systems: MLflow, Weights & Biases, or equivalent
- Python (advanced); Docker, Kubernetes
- RAG pipeline design and vector store management
- Prompt evaluation and guardrail implementation

Experience Required:

5 to 10 Years, with a minimum of 2 years hand-on experience in Agentic-AI/LLM Production Systems.





Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and operate the agentic core platform (MCP server integrations, agent orchestration layer, Agent Store registry).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for agent deployment, versioning, and rollback.
- Implement agent evaluation frameworks: output quality metrics, drift detection, guardrail enforcement.
- Integrate BAmF toolchain with SDLC tooling (Jira, SharePoint, D365)
- Conduct R&D; evaluation of current agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.) and produce structured adoption recommendations.
- Maintain platform SLA for all active pod-agent interactions; resolve P1/P2 platform failures within SLA.
- Deposit platform architecture patterns and integration templates at each major release.
