We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and React Native.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web and cross-platform mobile applications, building RESTful APIs, creating responsive user interfaces, managing application state, and supporting deployment activities.

Candidates with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience are preferred. Exceptional freshers with strong MERN Stack projects, internships, GitHub contributions, or an impressive technical portfolio will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications using the MERN Stack.
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build secure, scalable, and well-documented RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and cross-device interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
- Work with MongoDB and Mongoose for database design, data modeling, queries, and application integration.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Implement and maintain effective frontend application state management.
- Debug, troubleshoot, optimize,



and resolve application performance issues.
- Use Git and GitHub for source-code management, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
- Support staging environments, deployment processes, and cloud-based application hosting.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to convert business requirements into technical specifications and production-ready solutions.
- Participate in product architecture, feature planning, development sprints, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern full-stack development practices.

Candidate Profile:

- 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack or Full Stack Development.
- Robust understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Hands-on knowledge of React Native for mobile application development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, frontend development, and backend integration.
- Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of assigned features and projects.
- Strong portfolio, GitHub profile, live projects, or significant internship experience is highly desirable.
