Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and technically proficient Product Trainer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical products and excellent presentation skills to conduct product training for internal sales teams, distributors, dealers, channel partners, electricians, and customers. The candidate should be capable of simplifying technical concepts, enhancing product knowledge, and supporting sales growth through effective training initiatives.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Training & Development will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3 - 7 years of experience in product training or technical sales within the electrical manufacturing industry.
- Experience in training channel partners, dealers, electricians, and sales teams is preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Product Training

- Conduct classroom, on-site, virtual, and field training sessions for employees, distributors, dealers, retailers, electricians, and customers.
- Deliver training on the complete product portfolio, including switches, switchgear, wires, cables, LED lighting, fans, modular accessories, protection devices, and other electrical products.
- Ensure participants have a thorough understanding of product features, technical specifications, applications, installation methods, and competitive advantages.

Training Content Development

- Develop and update product presentations, training manuals, technical guides, videos, FAQs,



and learning modules.
- Create engaging training materials aligned with new product launches and product enhancements.
- Prepare product comparison sheets and technical reference documents.

Product Support

- Provide technical support to the sales team during customer meetings, exhibitions, dealer meets, and product demonstrations.
- Assist the sales team in addressing technical queries and product-related concerns.
- Support product launches through effective training and awareness programs.

Training Evaluation

- Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, assessments, feedback, and practical demonstrations.
- Maintain training attendance records and prepare training reports.
- Identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvement plans.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and R&D; teams to ensure training content remains accurate and up to date.
- Plan and execute annual and monthly training calendars.
- Support induction training for new employees.

Market Feedback

- Collect feedback from dealers, customers, electricians, and sales teams regarding product performance and market requirements.




- Share insights with Product Development and Management teams to support product improvements.

Travel

- Travel extensively across assigned regions to conduct product training, dealer meets, exhibitions, customer interactions, and field demonstrations.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and applications.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and online training platforms.
- Ability to conduct practical product demonstrations.
- Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement and channel partner training.
- Confident trainer with excellent facilitation skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
