We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented ERP Specialist to drive ERP implementation, process digitalization, and continuous system enhancement across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in ERP implementation, business process mapping, user support, and vendor management, with strong knowledge of Odoo ERP and Sage ERP/CRM.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and external implementation partners to ensure seamless ERP operations, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ERP implementation, rollout, customization, and enhancement projects across multiple business functions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ERP development and configuration.
- Coordinate with ERP implementation partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely resolution of application issues and enhancement requests.
- Provide functional support for Odoo ERP and Sage ERP/CRM modules.
- Identify opportunities for business process automation and digital transformation.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend technology-driven process improvements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and production deployment.
- Ensure smooth integration between ERP and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain ERP documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and process flows.




- Support change management initiatives and promote user adoption across departments.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
- Working knowledge of Sage ERP and Sage CRM.
- Experience in business process mapping and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives and enterprise applications.
- Vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of SQL/database concepts is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of API integrations and ERP integrations with third-party applications is preferred.
- Robust documentation, communication, and project coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- ERP certifications in Odoo, Sage, or Project Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in ERP implementation and application support.
- Experience working with ERP implementation partners or consulting organizations.
- Experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles.
