Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and support UK Customers through effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Manage relationships with Clients and Internal Stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Demonstrate excellent Communication Skills while interacting through emails, calls, and meetings.




- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Handle Confidential Information with professionalism and maintain data security standards.
- Read, comprehend, and respond to Emails and Calls accurately and within defined timelines.
- Execute and manage Back-Office Operations and process-related activities efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of Accuracy and adherence to established Service Levels and Timelines.
- Build and maintain robust Stakeholder Relationships across different business units and account levels.
- Monitor and maintain Quality Standards and ensure work meets required business expectations.
- Prepare and share MIS Reports and operational reports with various stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Operational Efficiency and process effectiveness
