We are seeking an intermediate Accounts Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, and statutory compliance

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, and financial reporting, along with excellent analytical and communication skills

Roles Responsibilities

- General Accounting and Accounts Payable
- Payroll management
- Good computer proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Skilled in preparing balance sheets, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Willingness to learn, collaborate with team members, and contribute positively to the team
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Maintaining basic accounting records
- Handling basic documentation and accounts-related administrative tasks
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial statements according to established schedules
- Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting
- Analyzing financial statements for discrepancies and other issues




- Reviewing company transactions and generating invoices as required
- Coordinating semi-annual audits and assisting the CFO in audit processes
- ROC and GST filing
- Performing other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tally
- Sound knowledge of maintaining day-to-day accounts
- Sound knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
