We are seeking a energetic Contracts Claims professional to manage contractual and commercial aspects of infrastructure projects. The role includes contract administration, contractual correspondence, claims management, extension of time (EOT), delay analysis, subcontract management, risk assessment, and support for dispute resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

- Administer EPC, BOT, HAM, Item Rate and Lump Sum contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

- Interpret contract clauses and advise project teams on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.

- Draft, review and manage contractual correspondence with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

- Prepare, evaluate and pursue Extension of Time (EOT), variation, extra item, prolongation, disruption and cost claims.

- Lead settlement and negotiation of contractual claims with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

- Coordinate and support Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) proceedings by preparing contractual documentation, submissions and presentations.

- Manage contractual disputes and support dispute resolution through negotiation, DRB, conciliation, arbitration and litigation in coordination with the Legal team.

- Perform delay analysis and prepare impacted schedules to substantiate EOT and claims.

- Prepare, review and process PMBC (Progress Measurement/Payment-Based Claims/Bills as applicable to the project)



and ensure timely certification and recovery.

- Maintain contractual records, claims registers, risk registers, correspondence logs and change order registers.

- Review subcontract agreements and oversee subcontract claims, commercial closure and final settlements.

- Monitor contractual compliance, guarantees, insurances and statutory obligations.

- Conduct contractual risk assessment during tendering and project execution.

- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Billing, Procurement and Legal teams on all contractual and commercial matters.
