What You'll Do
- Design daily creatives for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn posts, reels covers, stories, ads
- Create brochures, flyers, hoarding/standee artwork and site-office branding
- Adapt campaign creatives for Google/Meta ads, WhatsApp marketing and email
- Professional video editing for reels and walkthrough videos
- Maintain Silver Villa's premium, consistent brand look across everything
Must-Have Skills
- Photoshop + Illustrator, Adobe Creative pro (Figma/Canva Pro proficiency)
- Proficiency with Claude and Higgsfield AI
- Understanding of social media formats, sizes and trends
- Real estate or agency experience is a plus, not a must
- Ability to take a brief and deliver rapid, clean, on-brand work
