Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or end-to-end recruitment for BPO/ITES industries.

- Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and techniques.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
