About the Role :

Monywa Tech is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven professionals to join our growing sales team. We are hiring Sales Associates, Supervisors, and Team Leaders who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote company products and services to generate sales.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, voice process, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in the Gaming, iGaming,



Online Casino, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in Hindi (mandatory); English communication skills are preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and making a high volume of outbound calls.
