Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Engineer / Project Coordinator to support the execution of interior and acoustic panel projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in site execution or project coordination and be willing to work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the execution and coordination of interior and acoustic panel projects.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and installation work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress tracking.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate material dispatch, installation schedules, and manpower planning.




- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and site records.
- Assist in BOQ verification, billing coordination, and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at project sites.
- Resolve routine site issues and escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager.

- Acoustic panels
- Ceiling systems
- Wall panels
- Interior fit-outs
- Building materials
- Modular interiors
- Architectural products

Skills Required

- Site supervision and project coordination
- Understanding of BOQs and engineering/interior drawings
- Client and vendor coordination
- Positive communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Pune and nearby locations

Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, hospitality, institutional, or turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
