Job Summary

Techosys Lab is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive gap analysis of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module, identifying business process gaps, evaluating system configurations, and recommending improvements to optimize financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end gap analysis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance with a focus on AP and AR.
- Review and assess Vendor Master and Customer Master data.
- Analyze Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable business processes.
- Evaluate invoice processing, payment journals, settlements, and reconciliation processes.
- Review Credit Management, Collections, Aging Analysis, and related configurations.
- Assess batch processing jobs, dependencies, scheduling, and operational impacts.
- Evaluate payment runs, invoice postings, interest and fee calculations, and periodic financial processes.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements and identify process gaps.
- Prepare functional documentation, gap analysis reports, solution recommendations, and process improvement plans.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the engagement.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations (F&O;).




- Strong functional expertise in:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Cash & Bank Management

- Experience in D365 Finance implementations, assessments, or support projects.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Vendor & Customer Master
- Invoice Processing
- Payment Journals
- Settlements
- Credit Management
- Collections
- Aging Reports
- Batch Jobs & Scheduling

- Experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Mapping.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Certification.
- Experience working with MNC clients or large enterprise implementations.
- Experience in requirement gathering, UAT, and Go-Live support.
