Process: International Voice Process (Inbound)

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or above
- Graduates and undergraduates, both freshers and experienced candidates, can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
- Must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: 27,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: 24,000 per month

Shift Details

- Night Shift Process
- Shift Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
- Any 9-hour shift within the operational window
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility

- Available during odd hours only (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
- Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally




- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and orders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
